Cub Scout Pack 111

 Pinewood Derby car registration will be Tuesday, January 19^th.  With your finished derby car, please come with the car and your scout in full class A uniform to take a photo for their Derby License, to check in and weigh their car.  You may want to bring a few extra weights or tools to remove weight if necessary. 

IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THE RACE ON SUNDAY – you are invited to take your scout AND HIS CAR to the scout shop on Saturday, January 23^rd to see their car run on a track.  We are allowing boys who cannot attend on Sunday to take their car home on Tuesday night so they may partake in Champ Camp.  If you would like to do this, you must  bring the car to Jamie's house by Saturday night at 8pm to re-check in so we can race your son’s car in your absence.  He could still win a medal or trophy and he could still make it to districts (they have a way cooler set up than ours!).  Come Tuesday night to pre-register the car and tell us if you plan to drop it off on Saturday.  If you son does not care if they see their car run in person, please turn in Tuesday night. 

 

We will also need some volunteers to work at the Concession Stand while Pack 95 is racing their cars. (They work during our races, so our parents can be sure to catch all the action.) Please sign up  below.

Sun 1/24 - Pinewood Derby at St John's gymnasium - start time at 1pm

Tues 1/26 - No Meeting (Pinewood Derby is also January Pack Meeting)

Camp Nanuq - 1/16-1/17, 1/23-1/24, or 1/30-1/31
