Due to both difficulty finding an alternate location for the Derby, and also to honor our agreement with Pack 95, the Committee has decided to run the Pinewood Derby on Sunday the 24th at St Johns, as stated in the most recent Sunday Update. 

There will be set up from 12-1, we will start running races at 1:00 and hold our pack meeting/trophies approximately 2pm. Pack 95 will start their races at 3pm. Plan to arrive between 12:30-1. 

There will be a sign up sheet for concession volunteers available at weigh-in on the 19th. 

I apologize to any families who have conflicts with the 24th. You are welcome to turn in your son's car on the 19th, and it will be run in the races. If your son's car places, he will still win a trophy or medal, and qualify to go to Districts, which is in March. 

 

We would like to remind all Scouts to take advantage of the upcoming Champ Camp at the Scout Stores to weigh-in and take a practice run before turning in their cars.
